Section 52
Entry to the counting station

(1) The Election Officer shall not allow anyone other than the following persons to enter the counting place:-
(a) a candidate for the electoral system to be elected first or one of his election representatives or counting representatives,
(b) One election representative or counting representative of the party towards the proportional electoral system,
(c) Staff engaged in counting of votes,
(d) Officers or employees assigned by the Commission for monitoring or other purposes,
(e) Supervisors authorized by the Commission,
(f) Security personnel,
(g) Persons who have received permission from the Commission or Election Officer.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-section (1), the election officer shall not allow a person carrying any type of weapon or an intoxicated person to enter the polling place except for the security personnel assigned to protect the polling place.
(3) Any person obstructing the work of counting votes may be ordered by the election officer to leave the counting place and the person who receives such an order must leave the counting place. The security personnel will send the person who does not follow such order out of such place according to the order of the election officer.
